Himalayan Sound Journey was founded by Sammi Himalayan and offers retreats in Nepal built around sound, from hands-on training in singing bowl sound massage to cultural journeys through the sacred sound traditions of the Himalayas. We are based in Sanepa, Lalitpur, and our journeys begin and end in Kathmandu. Our aim is simple: to share these traditions honestly, in calm settings, with people who want to listen and learn.
